In this 90-minute workshop, I'll introduce you to the world of Gua Sha. We'll use a traditional stone, but we'll also discuss the differences between it and an EMS Gua Sha device.

All you need is a classic Gua Sha stone like this one and a stable internet connection with a camera so we can chat about the world of Gua Sha together for about 90 minutes without any makeup.

You will not only learn a classic and, above all, correct Gua Sha application, but you will also gain know-how that will certainly open your eyes in many ways.

This will gradually make you an expert when it comes to your physical health.
